Short answers to the most common issues and confusion.
Gameplay
I cannot catch the animal. Check spelling or use aliases from /catalogue.
Spawns are slow. Check channel settings or wait for the next spawn window.
Rain will not start. The bot needs Send Messages and Attach Files. See Zoo Rain.
My fastest catch isn’t updating. Fastest times do not update during rain.
My catch gave more than one animal. A blessing, Glow perk, Territory bonus, or another catch-yield effect triggered. Prism boosts change rarity rather than quantity.
Why did /brew not create spawns? Brew only reacts to an animal already active in that channel. It never enables spawning in an unconfigured channel.
Battlepass and votes
I voted but the quest is not done. Open /battlepass to claim.
Why no vote quest? Voting may be disabled.
My quests changed. Quests refresh on a timer; new ones replace the old set.
Where is my reward? Vote rewards apply when you open /battlepass. Other quest rewards pop the moment you complete them.
Trades and gifts
My trade expired. Start a new trade. Expired trades move nothing. See Trading.
I gifted the wrong item. Gifts are instant and cannot be undone.
Why a gift tax? Large gifts may prompt a small tax to prevent abuse.
Leaderboards
Why is my best time different? Rain catches do not update fastest/slowest records.
Global vs server? Global leaderboards use your best single-server stats, not a sum across servers.
Why is my name missing? The leaderboard only shows the top entries for that category.
Why does my level look wrong? Global shows your best server, not a combined total.
Packs, prisms, and boosts
Can a Wooden pack hit Celestial? Yes, if it chains enough upgrades.
Do prisms work everywhere? Prisms are server-bound and only affect the server you earned them in.
Do master prisms stack? Each master prism counts as 22 prisms for the server boost and 44 prisms for the owner’s personal boost.
Why did rain extend? A prism tried to boost a max-tier animal, so it added rain minutes instead.
Glow Lounge
Why did I level down? Missing a pay-up deadline drops you a level and removes the most recent perk.
Where are my bounties? Use /glow to view active bounties and remaining time.
What is the bonus mission? In Season 3 it is optional and earns one perk reroll. You do not need it to pay up.
Why did the timer reset? Paying up starts the next chapter and refreshes the timer.
How do I unlock Season 3? Reach the maximum Season 2 level, open /glow, and press Start Season 3.
Can I change my Season 3 route? Yes, until you begin that level's bounties. The route locks for the run and resets after the level.
What are Echo Shards for? They permanently record Black Archive progress and unlock Shard achievements. They are not currently spendable.
Do relics expire? No. The six Black Archive relics are permanent Season 3 upgrades.
What does Eclipse Prism do? It is the permanent trophy for clearing Season 3 level 33. It does not currently boost catches or count in normal prism power.
Does Season 3 reward Zoo Rain? No Season 3 level or boss reward gives Rain minutes.
How do I unlock Season 4? Clear Season 3 level 33, earn Vault Access and Eclipse, then open /glow and enter Crown of the Wildstar.
Which Wildstar mode should I choose? Trail is the safest, Hunt pays more for greater risk, and Cataclysm is the hardest route with the largest Pressure and failure penalties.
What should I bank? Bank secured Sparks at safe moments. Unbanked Sparks and some run progress are exposed when Pressure breaks the run; protected inventory and earlier checkpoint clears remain safe.
What happens when Pressure reaches 100? The run fails, applies the mode's stated loss, and sends you back to the latest protected checkpoint rather than deleting your permanent progress.
What do the two finale doors cost? The Quarter Door permanently takes 25% of every positive animal stack; the Half Door takes 50%. Both round down, never create debt, never take packs, Rain, prisms, or Zoo Dollars, and require two confirmations.
Does Season 4 reward Zoo Rain? No. None of its 45 levels, nine guardians, finale choices, achievements, or Ascensions award Rain minutes.
Territory Control
Why can’t I join? You need to meet the minimum Glow Lounge level for your server.
Why is a zone contested? At least two factions must be active and racing a 30-minute op window.
Why did my zone bonus vanish? Zones reshuffle on a timer; bonuses are tied to current control.
Why no ops? Ops refresh on a 2-hour timer. Starter ops show only once.
Why did Vote disappear from my ops? Territory does not offer a Vote op while your latest Top.gg vote is still active. If you vote after it appears, the op is replaced.
Store and donations
My store reward is missing. It can take a minute; if it does not appear, contact support.
Can I buy for someone else? Gifts are possible using /gift after purchase.
Permissions and setup
Missing messages? Ensure the bot can send messages and embeds in the channel.
Commands missing? Re‑invite the bot with the correct permissions.
Spawns in wrong channel? Run /forget in that channel, then /setup in the new one. There’s a 2-minute guild cooldown on /setup.
Achievements
Hidden achievements? The wiki lists their exact triggers.
Why didn’t it pop? Many require a spawn to be active when you act.
Accounts and privacy
How do I delete my data? Use the Privacy page to submit a deletion request.
What data is stored? Only gameplay stats and progression. No passwords or payments are stored.
Will deletion remove my shop history? Shop logs are kept for legal/chargeback reasons, but gameplay stats can be removed.
Performance & lag
Spawns feel delayed. The bot waits for Discord to confirm previous sends.
Menus feel slow. Large servers add a few seconds of delay; try again.
DMs not working. Check if you blocked the bot or disabled server DMs.
