Elysian Zoo terms & store conditions
Last updated: 2026-09-30. These terms cover the Zoo bot, Zoo companion websites and optional virtual-game purchases. Your use must also comply with Discord's terms and Community Guidelines. The Zoo is independently operated and is not endorsed by Discord.

You can also contact the keepers through the official Zoo support server. Ask for a private support conversation; do not put sensitive information in public chat. We will never ask for your Discord password or login token.
Who can play
You must be eligible to use Discord, including its minimum age (at least 13, or the higher age required in your country). If you need a parent/guardian's permission to enter a purchase agreement, obtain it before buying. Use your own authorized account and do not share account credentials.
Fair play and safety
Follow server rules and applicable law. Do not exploit bugs, automate unfair gameplay, evade restrictions, harass others, manipulate transactions or use stolen payment details. Report faults privately to support rather than exploiting them. Moderators control where the bot operates and can remove it.
When using selected-message capture, only submit content you are entitled to use. Do not expose private information or use this feature to harass anyone. You can report abusive content or bot behavior to the keepers.
The game and your collection
Animals, packs, rain minutes, levels and other rewards are virtual game items: not money, investments or a cash-out balance. No real-world payment or investment return is promised for playing. Inventories can be per-server while some purchased rewards are global; read the product description.
The game includes random drops, virtual-item wagers/trades, monthly resets and Glow choices that can consume inventory. Read the displayed costs and warnings before confirming. A privacy-deletion request is separate from these gameplay mechanics.
We may maintain and rebalance the service or resolve exploits, but these terms do not authorize arbitrary confiscation of purchases or remove statutory consumer rights. Significant changes affecting paid benefits should be communicated and handled fairly.
Purchases, prices and delivery
Purchases are optional. The selected product, quantity, price/currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Stripe provides payment processing for the Zoo store; using Stripe does not make it the seller of the Zoo rewards. A one-off rain/pack purchase is not a recurring subscription.
You need an eligible Discord account, an internet connection and access to the Zoo bot to use rewards. Rain minutes measure the duration of the in-game rain feature after activation, not a guaranteed number of catches or a real-world financial return. Packs contain the virtual rewards described by their product and the pack guide.
Sign in with the Discord account that should receive the rewards and check the product details before paying. After a confirmed payment, the store applies or queues the stated reward and the bot queues a delivery notification. Delivery can be delayed by payment processing, Discord outages or service maintenance; a completed payment does not guarantee an immediate Discord message.
If paid rewards are missing or incorrect, contact support with your order reference. Do not publish payment information or card details in Discord. We will investigate delivery and offer the remedies required by applicable law.
Cancellations, refunds and faults
Your statutory rights are not waived by these terms. Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply to a digital-content or service purchase, the normal cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made. Exceptions require the relevant legal conditions, including valid express consent/acknowledgement where required. Our current checkout does not collect a digital-content cancellation waiver; these terms do not invent one or treat payment alone as a waiver.
To request cancellation, a refund or correction, contact the operator with your Discord account and order reference, the order date and what you are requesting. Any clear cancellation statement is acceptable; the optional statutory model cancellation form is also available. We may verify ownership but will never require your Discord password.
For a valid statutory cancellation, reimbursement is due without undue delay and within the applicable 14-day period, normally using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered paid content has separate consumer remedies; these terms are not a blanket “no refunds” rule and do not limit those remedies to the cancellation window.
Availability, restrictions and responsibility
The Zoo depends on Discord, hosting and payment services; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may restrict abusive use or perform maintenance, explaining relevant decisions where appropriate. Report errors or disputes through support.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory local consumer protections remain in place.
Privacy, requests and changes
Read the privacy policy for data processing, contacts and your rights. Use /privacy or /mydata in Discord, or request deletion here. Deleting an account can remove progression and unused virtual items; staff must confirm the scope and any legal retention exceptions.
We will explain material changes to these terms and update the date. A later terms change does not retroactively remove accrued statutory rights or excuse an earlier undelivered purchase. Discord's own developer terms continue to apply to us.
